HOW CAN I PAY?

 

You have the following options:

Paypal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash (only when picking up in one of our studios).

1. payment via PayPal account -  pay with your PayPal account.
2. payment via PayPal direct debit - make an online bank transfer, even without having a PayPal account.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

We strive to process your order within one business day. Delivery will be made within 5 working days after receipt of payment at the latest (monday-saturday, excluding public holidays).

If purchasing a digital product, you will receive the product after one working day at the latest.

SHIPPING COST

Postage is 4.95 Euro within Germany. The goods are sent insured.

The digital dispatch is free of charge.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF GERMANY

 

We ship worldwide. Please contact us for shipping costs, if the target region is outside of Germany.
